What items can be returned?
Most unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days. For hygiene reasons, opened personal care items cannot be returned unless defective.
How long does the refund take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. It may take additional time for your bank to reflect the credit.
Can I exchange instead of return?
Not at the moment. Send the product back and we’ll issue a refund instead.
What if my item arrived damaged?
